TERMS OF BUSINESS & CLIENT AGREEMENT
1. Merchant of Record & Contracting Entity Unless expressly stated otherwise in your service agreement, the contracting entity for all services is Novum Growth Management - FZCO, registered in Dubai Silicon Oasis, UAE. All payments are processed by Novum Growth Management - FZCO. Your card statement will reflect this entity.
2. Services Novum Growth Partners provides B2B lead generation and growth consultancy services. Specific deliverables (e.g., number of leads, outreach volume) are defined in your individual Client Order Form or Service Agreement.
3. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Monthly Subscriptions: Services may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice to leads@novumgrowthpartners.com.
Refunds: Due to the nature of digital services and labor involved, refunds are not generally provided for work already performed. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with the specific terms in your signed Service Agreement.
